These Terms of Service govern your use of goldmorganai.com, the Gold Morgan Account Portal, Gold_Morgan Quant access, and related Gold Morgan cloud services.
Gold Morgan provides software, account, membership, licensing, download, and related support services. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these terms, and permitted to use the relevant services in your jurisdiction. Gold Morgan is not a broker, does not custody brokerage assets, and does not execute trades independently of the broker environment you choose to connect.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Membership plans, trials, entitlements, downloads, and licenses may depend on current eligibility, payment or membership status, device or machine limits, and other published plan rules. Access may be suspended or restricted for fraud, abuse, security concerns, chargebacks, or material violations of these terms.
Trading securities involves substantial risk and can result in significant or total loss. Gold Morgan software, automation, examples, dashboards, alerts, market information, and educational content are tools and information only. They are not personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and no result or performance is guaranteed. You remain responsible for every trading decision, broker configuration, market-data subscription, order, position, and risk limit used with your accounts.
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your authorized membership or license. You may not bypass access controls, misuse credentials, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, resell access without permission, or use the service to violate another party’s rights. Gold Morgan names, branding, software, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and are licensed, not sold, except where expressly stated otherwise.
We may maintain, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, product development, or third-party service changes. Internet access, broker systems, Google services, Keygen, market-data providers, and other dependencies may experience outages or delays outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of trading performance, profit, market-data accuracy, broker availability, or fitness for a particular trading objective. Gold Morgan is not responsible for losses caused by trading decisions, market movement, broker or exchange behavior, connectivity failures, third-party outages, user configuration, or use outside documented functionality. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any membership or billing rules that apply through the platform where you purchased access. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change, and the current version will be posted here.
